It takes effort and dedication to take the journey that yoga will inevitably bring you on.  That is why Lisa Goldstein created Project Yoga in 2005. 

Yoga is amazing!  It enables you to find the inner strength to transform your life.  Yoga is a physical practice that when done regularly seeps into all other areas of your life.  It teaches you how to close your eyes, go inside, and connect with your inner peace.  Yoga helps you find space in your body and quiet in your mind.  It helps you attain balance between perfection and just being who and where you are.  Yoga is about finding your breath, your intuition, and just being.  It is about feeling, really feeling.   

Through the physical body, the breath brings spirit and vitality, and creates balance in life.
